As Brisbane brand designers, we know how important it is to have a strong brand identity, which will apply to every touch-point in your business. Once your brand is developed we will provide you with a style guide, all the brand assets and on call support for any questions you may have. Our Branding Process
Step 01
We begin the brand process with a phone conversation, from here we craft a proposal outlining the deliverables that best suit your business goals. If we’re the right fit and and you want to proceed we will send you a deposit to secure the branding project into our schedule and an email with the next steps to being creating your new brand.
Step 02
We will send you a detailed briefing form, which will ask about your preferences and most importantly the why, who and what behind your business. We will setup a phone call to go through the brief or if you’re a brisbane brand we will have an in person meeting. Here we have a detailed chat about each question in the branding questionaire to ensure we’re on exactly the same page from the beginning and are going to create a brand that achieves your goals.
Step 03
We then get to work and start creating your brand. This involves alot of research into your business, competitors and target audience, followed by creative work. Once we have your concepts developed, we will get in touch to schedule a meeting to go through your concepts. This is generally 4–6 weeks from receiving the deposit.
Step 04
We make any revisions to your chosen brand identity concept if there is something that you’d like to see, and then upon approval package up your brand. This includes a Dropbox link with your logo suite, brand guidelines document and any other collateral we’ve discussed in the briefing call. We may continue working on design items as set out in the estimate to complete the brand roll-out and always strive to partner with you to continue the development of your brand .
FAQ’s
When we have our initial discussion I’ll ask you what your ideal launch date is. From there we will work together on a time-frame to deliver your branding. Most brand projects have a 4–6 week turnaround from the time we’ve finished the briefing phase.
Every business is different, with different needs, that’s why we prefer to have an in-depth discussion about your budget, business objectives and needs from a new brand. The big question is why are you branding with a professional and what do you hope to achieve. Our prices start at $3,500+gst for a basic brand identity working up from there to ensure you are getting the best value out of your new brand.
Absolutely! We dig deep into your businesses vision, mission and unique selling proposition, and dig deep into researching waht makes your target audience tick, to ensure we create a brand that converts. When you work with us you leave with a complete identity and a complete toolkit of how to use the brand yourself moving forward. We provide you with a logo suite in the correct formats for print and digital, a fully rounded style guide showing application of brand and any collateral approved in the briefing phase. This is often stationery, social media templates and anything else you need to hit the ground running with your new brand.
I work WITH you in the briefing phase. Initially we will have a phone conversation about your business and what you’re hoping to achieve from a new brand. From there I get you to fill out our briefing form, and then we set up a meeting to go through it and ask any questions to ensure we’re on precisely the same page from the beginning. It’s rare for someone to not love what is created for them as my briefing process is very thorough.
I work with many different industries, if you view my portfolio you can see I’ve worked on food and beverage brands, corporate brands, property brands and lifestyle brands.
I send you everything you need including a logo suite, brand guidelines, any collateral we’ve discussed in the breifing call. I am on call for the first few weeks to answer any questions you might have about using your brand, then if you need on-going graphic design work we can discuss how we can partner to continue growing your brand. I strive to give you all the tools to be able to take your brand and use it, but I always love continuing working with my clients as an on-going graphic designer.
