Hillside Retreat
PROJECT OUTLINE
The Hillside Retreat is a property development project based in Bli Bli on the Sunshine Coast requiring branding. The goal was to create a property brand that appeals to sea changers and people who love nature and space, wanting to make a lifestyle change. The features of the property development are the positioning on a hill on the Sunshine Coast so it was important to translate this in the brand and imagery, giving a feeling of spaciousness.
The colours chosen are reflective of the sand of the beach and the deep lush hills that is the Sunshine Coast Hinterland. A custom typographic treatment was applied to the brand to create a slight curve, reflective of the hillside to highlight the main selling point of the development.
